In classical books basic techniques are analyzed first, consequently arriving at more advanced ones and finally ending off with clinical cases. In this text clinical cases (or complications) are dealt with first, then specific solutions, illustrated phase to smallest detail, are suggested. Currently, surgeons need to quickly look up concrete and useful information. [...] After a brief introducion to "aesthetic" anatomy an example of the typical case to be operated, or of the complication to be solved, can be selected from a rich series of different images.
