The group consists on 7 main partner colleges and schools in Belgium, Germany, Italy, Slovenia, Switzerland and the United Kingdom. This book introduces, in the first part, the theoretical contributions of the design schools involved on "Design for innovative communities" topic and in the second part, the results of the project developed in the fall semester of 2009/10 academic year by each participant. Teachers and students from several European countries investigate a common theme, sharing experiences, cultures, design capabilities.
